These terms govern use of this website and of any evaluation access granted by Norma Analytics Limited. Commercial use of Norma is governed by a written subscription or licence agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
The site and its content are provided for information about Norma. We try to keep it accurate and current but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Performance figures are measured by Norma and are not a guarantee of results on any other configuration; the benchmark and validation note is available on request. Nothing on the site is an offer or advice. The site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content.
Evaluation access to Norma, where granted, is to named individuals at institutions, for evaluation only, under separate evaluation terms provided with the access, which take precedence over this section. It is not a public service and is provided as it is, without service levels or warranty. You agree to keep credentials to yourself, not to load client-identifying or personal data, not to attempt to access other tenants or to test the security of the service without our written agreement, not to publish benchmarks or screenshots without our written agreement, and not to use the access to build or benchmark a competing product. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
The Norma name, logo, software, documentation and site content belong to Norma Analytics Limited or its licensors. You may read and share site content for your own information with attribution. You may not copy the software or documentation, reverse engineer the service, or use our marks without permission.
Data you provide for a demo or an evaluation remains yours. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as set out in the evaluation terms provided with the access.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content or from use of evaluation access, including loss of profit, business or data and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you may have elsewhere.
